TARALAC Syn. Primer Surfacer (PS) is a corrosion inhibiting, high solids alkyd primer. High quality alkyd resin base primer for properly cleaned or pre-treated metals. Contains extremely high solids content. It is not intended for use on the inside of portable water tanks or for marine environmental use.
